摘要: High performance thin layer chromatography (HPTLC) is a sophisticated instrumental technique based on the full capabilities of chromatography. The advantages automation, scanning, optimization, selective detection principle, minimum sample preparation, hyphenation, etc. enable it to be powerful analytical tool for chromatographic information complex mixtures inorganic, organic, and biomolecules. chapter highlights related issues such as journey thin-layer chromatography, basic protocol, separation, resolution, validation process, recent developments, modifications TLC leading HPTLC, process control, hyphenation. It explains that HPTLC has strong potentials surrogate model estimating partitioning properties in support combinatorial chemistry, environmental fate, health effect studies.
