摘要: Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was used in 5 patients with clinically definite amyotrophic lateral sclerosis to determine the frequency of central white matter abnormalities. Two had symmetrical areas increased signal intensity seen on MRI extending from cortex, through corona radiata, posterior limb internal capsule, and cerebral peduncles into pons. These abnormalities presumably relate pathological changes observed by others sclerosis.
