摘要: Due to an increasing number of merger and acquisitions (M&As) the high failure rate post integration (PMI) is still growing interest. An effective process harmonization (PH) essential during PMI. The objective this article identify crucial requirements for a successful PH in triangle methodologies, capabilities acceptance. study assessed methodologies various phases attainment employee 12 hypotheses affecting three fields were developed tested. A central results can be provided: there no statistically significant evidence methodology applied, whereas beneficial identified. Conducing issues acceptance especially areas structure, information policy team composition are presented.
