摘要: New experimental results related to the harmonic dependence of characteristics SC-cut quartz resonators on various material and electrode parameters are presented. On basis analysis trapped-energy vibrating in coupled thickness-shear thickness-twist vicinity fundamental odd overtone frequency dependencies were established effective mass-loading, coupling coefficient, motional capacitance static dimensions. The put into evidence influence non-uniform distribution motion behaviour resonators. plane-parallel polished plate 14 mm diameter with different thickness Ag CrAu electrodes two values used for investigations.
