摘要: Electrical poling is of much interest for the enhancement polarization properties ferroelectric materials such as polyvinylidene-trifluoroethylenePVDF-TrFE in applications ranging from memory devices to piezoelectric actuation. Here, we report changes dielectric and optical correlated with structural modification PVDF-TrFE thin films 1 m thickness subjected corona at low voltages 6k V under various thermal conditions. Enhanced crystallinity hot-poled samples was observed independent history crystalline structure, indicating absence recrystallization during poling. Absorption measurements confirmed ordered structure due permanent orientation dipoles higher crystallinity, thus resulting increased long-retained capacitance PVDFTrFE capacitor device high frequency C-V characterization.
