摘要: Purpose To investigate visual field changes after vitrectomy for macular diseases in glaucomatous eyes. Methods A retrospective review of 54 eyes from patients with glaucoma, who underwent epiretinal membrane (ERM; 42 eyes) or hole (MH; 12 eyes). Standard automated perimetry (Humphrey 24-2 program) was performed and analyzed preoperatively twice postoperatively (1st 2nd sessions; 4.7 ± 2.5, 10.3 3.7 months surgery, respectively). Postoperative sensitivity at each test point compared the preoperative value. Longitudinal mean (MVFS) points within 10° eccentricity (center) remaining (periphery), best-corrected acuity (BCVA), intraocular pressure (IOP), ganglion cell complex (GCC) thickness, association factors central peripheral MVFS over time were using linear mixed-effects models. In addition, 45 without glaucoma 34 11 similarly examined statistically (control group). Results eyes, changed significantly reproducibly; two deteriorated only center twelve improved periphery. Central decreased (p = 0.03), whereas increased 0.010). control group, no showed deterioration, did not change vitrectomy. BCVA improved, GCC thickness decreased, IOP both groups. The models identified older age, systemic hypertension, longer axial length, medication scores ≥2 as risk deterioration Conclusions Visual may deteriorate ERM MH
