摘要: PURPOSE: To measure and compare sizing positioning parameters of femtosecond laser capsulotomy with manual continuous curvilinear capsulorrhexis (CCC). METHODS: Femtosecond capsulotomies (Alcon-LenSx Lasers Inc) CCC were carried out in 20 eyes patients, respectively. Intraocular lens (IOL) decentration, circularity, vertical horizontal diameters capsulotomies, capsule overlap measured Adobe Photoshop (Adobe Systems 1 week, month, year after surgery. Between-group differences predictors IOL decentration determined repeated measures analysis variance, chi-square test, logistic regression analyses. RESULTS: Vertical diameter was statistically signifi cantly higher the fi rst week month. Signifi values over circularity showed more regular capsulotomies. Horizontal group year. A cant difference noted between two groups dichotomized at 0.4 mm test (P=.035 P=.016, respectively). In univariable general estimating equation models, type (P.01) (P=.002) decentration. correlation to (1 week: r=0.91; month: r=0.76, P.01; year: r=0.62, P.01), whereas no (P.05). CONCLUSIONS: More precise centering can be achieved laser. Properly sized, shaped, centered resulted better that help maintain proper IOL. [J Refract Surg.
