摘要: Abstract In order to test the hypothesis that an increase in physical fitness has a positive effect on ability of individuals perform complex mental tasks following and stress, 55 male college students were selected random fashion from group who required take course fitness. These then administered series low intensity period exertion. Then 29 was systematically increased over 12-week while other 26 acted as controls not registered any education course.
