摘要: Team performance is a complex phenomenon involving numerous influencing factors including physiology, psychology, and management. Biological rhythms the impact of circadian phenotype have not been studied for their contribution to this array so far despite our knowledge regulation key physiological processes involved in physical mental performance. This study 216 individuals from 12 different teams who were categorized into phenotypes using novel RBUB chronometric test. The composition within each team was used model predicted daily profiles based on tests. Our results show that variable unpredictable. Predicted peak ranged 1:52 8:59 p.m. with levels fluctuating by up 14.88% over course day. major predictor time day occurrence late phenotypes. We conclude indicator allows new insight better understanding variation as often observed groupings individuals.
