摘要: Abstract Many hepatobiliary diseases are seen in IBD. PSC is the most common, occurring 7.5% of patients with UC. The cause not well understood, but seems to be associated genetic susceptibility, sharing some immunologic abnormalities A characteristic cholangiogram a patient abnormal liver function tests usually establishes diagnosis. Liver biopsy essential can help make diagnosis small duct normal cholangiogram. There no medications that treat effectively. Endoscopic dilation dominant strictures reduces frequency cholangitis and may improve survival. OLT remains only proven treatment advanced PSC. Cholangiocarcinoma feared complication difficult diagnose. Cholelithiasis, PBC, portal vein thrombosis, hepatic abscess disorders occur less frequently IBD patients.
