摘要: Biological effects of sex steroids (estradiol-17beta, E2; progesterone, P; medroxyprogesterone acetate, MPA; Danazol, DZ) and growth factors (epidermal factor, EGF; transforming TGF-alpha,beta) on migration invasion endometrial adenocarcinoma SNG-M cells were investigated by haptotactic haptoinvasion assay. The enzymatic degradation the extracellular matrix tumor was also examined. Tumor cell along a gradient substratum-bound fibronectin inhibited 0.1-10 microM MPA DZ, but promoted nM EGF TGF-alpha in concentration-dependent manner. E2, P TGF-beta did not have any effect motility cells. These confirmed wound invasive activity into reconstituted basement membrane (Matrigel) presence invasion. zymography tumor-conditioned medium showed that treatment with resulted increase 68, 72 92 kDa type IV collagenases (matrix metalloproteinase, MMP-2 9). Sex significant 9. Stromelysin (MMP-3), secreted cells, affected factors. results suggest act as positive regulators process which may partly be associated induction collagenase secretion inhibitory DZ depend at least their action
