摘要: In Spiroplasma citri gene inactivation through homologous recombination has been achieved by using the replicative, oriC plasmid pBOT1 as disruption vector. However, required extensive passaging of transformants and, in most cases, occurred at rather than target gene. current study, we describe a new vector, which fragment was reduced to minimal sequences able promote replication.
