摘要: The purpose of this study was to compare vocal and written expression feeling about interpersonal traumatic trivial events in 20-min sessions over a 4-day period. Similar emotional processing produced by events. painfulness the topic decreased steadily 4 days. At end, both groups felt better their topics themselves also reported positive cognitive changes. A content analysis suggested greater overt emotion related changes condition. Finally, there an upsurge negative after each session either or expression. These results suggest that previous findings psychotherapy ameliorated mood could not be attributed character psychotherapy.
