摘要: Abstract An increase in the number of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA)-immunorcactive cells is reported superficial dorsal horn rat spinal cord upon unilateral inflammation hind foot caused by subcutaneous carrageenan injection. The rise GABAergic was restricted to ipsilateral horn, reaching a peak value 23.4% over contralateral side 4 days after Sciatic neurectomy or neonatal capsaicin treatment prevented this effect. These findings suggest that GABA up-regulated noxious inflow conveyed unmyelinated C fibers from inflamed tissues.
