摘要: Primary afferent fibers with local effector or “efferent” functions are known to be involved in nociceptive transmission and neurogenic inflammation. These properties were at the origin of concept “nocifencor nerves” formulated by Lewis (1937) attributed Jancso et al. (1967) a special group labeled capsaicin sensitive primary afferents (CSPA).
