摘要: The effect of π-electrons and hydroxyl group on the separations vitamin E a swelling-controlled polystyrene-divinylbenzene (Phenogel) column using toluene/isooctane as mobile phase was investigated. demonstrated in baseline separation α-tocopherol α-tocotrienol 100-A Phenogel column. In addition, α-, (β- + γ-)- δ-tocopherol could be achieved this mechanism these isomers are due to difference interactions between chromanol ring each tocopherol gel matrix caused by steric hindrance methyl group(s). It concluded that solutes same molecular size but different polar groups separated high performance size-exclusion chromatography controlling swelling via modification phase.
