摘要: Periodically operating test microprograms and fault detection circuits for a data processing system containing microprogrammable control memory are disclosed. Said is performed concurrently with normal in time-shared fashion. Also disclosed means storing information the status of said at time detection, terminal coupled to by communication lines enabling execution software diagnostics read out all stored information.
