Self-configurable computer and memory system

摘要: Computer and memory system on a wafer which contains redundant elements is capable of self-testing self-configuration to form complete consisting central processing unit (CPU), read only (ROM), plurality read/write random access units (RAM). These are interconnected by common bus, also available for external connections the wafer. The first CPU tests each ROM find good one then uses program contained in that test itself. If does not satisfactorily, remaining CPU's tested until found. RAM's with CPU, results tabulated page oriented computer system.
