摘要: Building on a framework introduced by Chaney and Ossa (2013), we construct task-based model of the firm’s choice occupational inputs to examine how that varies with greater global engagement. We depart from assuming more complex tasks are costly complete. Within structure our model, firms skew employment toward occupations engaged in tasks. Moreover, distribution is skewed for globalized firms, while it less larger firms. These results consistent empirical findings Davidson, et al (2015).
