摘要: The invention discloses an electromagnetic super-surface polarization converter based on solid state plasma. comprises a second dielectric substrate, first substrate and underlying metal reflector plate which are laminated from top to bottom in sequence; resonance unit, capable of realizing linear-circular polarizationconversion ultra wide band range, consisting patch, plasma unit vanadium dioxide is above the substrate. excited composed controlled through external logic array program, phase-change area throughtemperature, so that conversion different frequency domain ranges realized, dynamic control range circular can stretch over four wave bands such as X band, Ku K Ka reasonable parameter optimization.
