摘要: The invention discloses a chiral super-surface terahertz reflective 90-degree polarizer, belonging to the technical field of electromagnetic wave full-vector transmission control devices. polarizer comprises M*N polarization units periodically arranged on plane, wherein each unit an underlayer dielectric substrate, front resonance structure substrate and back substrate; is centrosymmetric structure; are in conjugation; M N both integer greater than 20. In invention, by use micro-nano production technology comparison with realizing structures such as ion etching electro-optical crystal, disclosed has advantages simple structure, small volume, low processing cost high controllable precision.
