摘要: The invention relates to the chiral modulator technology and provides a multi-functional which works in terahertz band has simple structure, dependent transmission,chiral surface plasmon excitation, polarization state control like can be achieved. Therefore, based on superstructure hole structure is disclosed, formed by four layers are metasurface metal ring, dielectric layer, plate hollowed out middle layer from top bottom, strip pair resonators employed basic units of ring each two same strips perpendicular other, uniformly rotatingly arranged around center point O form opposite centerof made plate. A strong magnetic effect generated design mainlyapplied manufacture modulators.
