摘要: The invention discloses a terahertz frequency band reflection type polarization conversion device. device comprises at least one periodic structure unit. unit consists of athree-layer an upper metal layer, dielectric layer and lower the is sub-wavelength array hole structure, middle dielectriclayer; forms with symmetrical double L-shaped grooves by chemical etching, are arranged in oppositely separated, symmetrically on diagonal line layer; each groove formed vertically connecting two strip-shaped through L shape, sides shape equal length width. realizes linear circular band, has important application radar, imaging communication systems.
