摘要: The invention discloses a Terahertz three-wave-band narrow-band band-pass filter based on metamaterial. comprises three nested metal square ring resonance units and unit formed by dielectric layer cross unit. In the invention, through using unit, terahertz wave band is used to realize filter. A structure of possesses rotation symmetry, insensitive incidence polarization large angle still maintains good filtering characteristic. characteristic composite from linear superposition characteristics corresponding respectively. Through changing geometrical size each frequency range regulated controlled. Based above condition, more can be realized in band. design simple, small, processing convenient high practical value possessed technologies communication, imaging, spectral analysis like.
