摘要: The technology acceptance model (TAM) is one of the most influential research models in studies determinants information systems/information (IS/IT) acceptance. In TAM, perceived usefulness and ease use are hypothesized empirically supported as fundamental user a given IS/IT. A review IS psychology literature, however, suggests that can be two distinct types: near-term long-term usefulness. This paper reviews concept modifies TAM to include types Data collected from nearly 285 administrative/clerical staff large organization were tested against modified using structural equation modeling approach. results study showed that, even though had significant influence on behavioral intention technology, also exerted positive, lesser, impact. No significant, direct relationship was found between technology. Implications findings future areas discussed.
