摘要: Abstract The opioid peptide endorphins, enkephalins, and dynorphins — found in brain, pituitary, gut are neurohormones involved the regulation of a number seemingly diverse biologic activities, including respiration, mood, pain perception, blood pressure, body temperature, certain visceral responses. When viewed integrated fashion, however, spectrum activities induced by administration both exogenous opiates (e.g. morphine) endogenous opioids resembles natural physiologic state: sleep state. We propose that peptides conjunction with neurohormone vasopressin induction maintenance also function is to protect an animal during periods when it at selective disadvantage, we provide evidence support integrate concepts.
