On the mechanism of conductivity enhancement and work function control in PEDOT:PSS film through UV‐light treatment

摘要: In this work, we study the effect of UV light on work function PEDOT:PSS films. The authors found that irradiation lead to an increase in function. Several devices with exposed and unexposed were fabricated measured. current-voltage characteristics have been obtained for ITO/PEDOT:PSS/InZnO samples. We irradiated show better electrical Ohmic contact. trend device performance was explained by observed changes layer. change measured ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy. structural morphological properties films without treatment investigated X-ray spectroscopy atomic force microscopy techniques. is mainly due surface conformational change. stability has under normal environmental conditions. Electrical studied over a period 30 60 days. tests are more stable those treatment.
