摘要: In this work, we study the effect of UV light on work function PEDOT:PSS films. The authors found that irradiation lead to an increase in function. Several devices with exposed and unexposed were fabricated measured. current-voltage characteristics have been obtained for ITO/PEDOT:PSS/InZnO samples.
