摘要: Abstract Nanoscale modification of natural cotton fibres with conformal coatings gold nanoparticles, deposition thin layers the conductive polymer poly(3,4-ethylenedioxithiophene) (PEDOT) and a combination these two processes were employed to increase conductivity plain yarns. This innovative approach was especially designed fabricate classes devices: passive devices such as resistors obtained from electrically yarns, types active devices, namely organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs) field effect (OFETs). The detailed electrical mechanical analysis we performed on treated yarns revealed that they can be used conductors still maintaining good flexibility. study opens an avenue for real integration between electronics traditional textile technology materials.
