摘要: Intradiploic inclusion cyst of the skull presenting as a calvarial defect is fairly uncommon in neuroscience practice. They are benign nature, slow to grow, and clinically difficult differentiate from other causes defects. We present case healthy 55-year-old woman who presented for an asymptomatic lump over right parieto-occipital region scalp 4-month duration. The radiological features were suggestive presence large intradiploic solitary additional multiple lytic defects with sclerotic borders, destroying underlying bone. gross histomorphological craniectomy specimen received pathognomic primary epithelial importance its embryogenic origin, differentiation cystic lesions similar histology stressed. report this unique histomorphology first kind Indian literature.
