摘要: Ethanol is widely used as a pharmaceutical excipient for the solubilization of many hydrophobic drugs injections. However, there are only few studies about drug interaction with excipients in body after injection. In this study, effect ethanol (500 mM) or several alcohols on stereoselective binding warfarin enantiomers to fatty acid-free human serum albumin (HSA) proteins commercial preparations was investigated. An ultrafiltration method separation unbound enantiomers. By addition 1-propanol, fraction S-enantiomer decreased. On other hand, R-enantiomer increased by 1-propanol. Unbound fractions both S- and were decreased 2-propanol. various preparations, ethanol. The different effects among HSA observed.
