摘要: Abstract The interrelationships between fatty acid and warfarin binding to albumin were investigated. Various molar ratios of palmitic oleic added defatted human in the presence warfarin, association constants, Ka, calculated. Warfarin constants increased from 0.84 × 105 M −1 3.66 as concentration zero three moles per mole 1.19 3.13 two albumin. Larger amounts either progressively decreased amount bound a noncompetitive fashion.
