摘要: Abstract A size exclusion chromatographic method for studying ligand-macromolecule binding parameters is described. This equilibrium saturation allows the determination of concentrations constituents in and specially useful characterizing ligand-protein under conditions that can be compared with physiological conditions. The has been used measuring warfarin-human serum albumin (HSA) influence free fatty acids (FFA) sodium dodecyl sulphate on warfarin-HSA binding. Some comparisons Hummel Dreyer are given. FFA strongly dependent their chain length, an inversion effect a 10-carbon chain.
