摘要: Here we report a rare case of atypical Kawasaki disease (KD) in patient presenting with systemic arteritis affecting the coronary arteries, brain, and internal mammary arteries (IMAs). A 25-year-old man was referred to our institute angina pectoris. Coronary angiography revealed artery aneurysms triple-vessel disease. Three-dimensional brain computed tomography showed multiple small saccular on vertebral posterior inferior cerebellar arteries. Off-pump bypass (OPCAB) grafting was performed; however, bilateral IMAs were tightly adhered not patent. OPCAB completed using radial gastroepiploic This is first KD involving IMA.
