摘要: Bloomfield, Geusic, Freeman, and Brown have used the Smalley synchronized laser supersonic quenching carrier gas pulsed method to obtain spectra for Ge+n similar obtained previously Si+n. Their data are presented, compared with electron beam ionization, discussed extensively in order separate effects due cluster stabilization energies, growth kinetics, ionization fragmentation. Differences chemical bonding kinetics between Si+n microclusters discussed.
