摘要: Experienced angiographers were asked to differentiate malignancy from inflammatory disease on arteriograms of 37 renal masses containing fine reticular neovascularity, as opposed the coarser, more irregular vessels typical hypernephroma. The rate accuracy was only 58%. Distribution chiefly around periphery mass associated with a diagnosis in all 6 patients this finding; sole criterion which proved be helpful making distinction. authors feel that when arteriography reveals differentiation between malignant and may difficult or impossible term "tumor vascularity" should avoided such situations.
