摘要: A novel method for the multipactor breakdown inhibiting of microwave components is described in this paper. It a new surface treatment with regular porous structure on silver plated by photolithography technique. The influences secondary emission are studied theoretic analysis and experimental research. abilities to increase power level corrugated waveguide ridge filter have been validated simulation. insertion loss threshold verified experimentally. Using can be improved capabilities components. This simple convenient controllable feature appearance, construction dimension structure. show low property also.
