摘要: A simplified method for evaluating the power-handling capability inside an RF filter has been introduced based on general cross-coupled prototype network theory, modern EM modeling techniques, and well-established breakdown threshold analysis. The electrical field strength voltages evaluated using either single-cavity resonator (eigen mode) model or simply have presented compared against direct computation of complete structure. Close agreement found between full scaling a single even analysis only. This procedure is expected to simplify multipaction ionization filters filter-based diplexers multiplexers. applicable all types that can be described in circuit model. Practical issues such as multicarrier operation, sharp edge condition, design margin, prevention techniques are also covered.
