摘要: Comparative survival tests of faecal coliforms (FC), streptococci (FS), Salmonella spp. and Staphylococcus aureus grown in sea (35‰ salinity) brackish water (27‰ were performed the dark at room temperature (22 ± 2°C). In seawater T90 was: S. > FS FC. Survival generally appeared to be higher than seawater; particular this increased from 48 72 h, 88 104 h 56 80 respectively for FC, A lower salinity had no effect on rates whose remained stable (96 h). FC proved most sensitive bacteria adaptable one. There should caution interpreting these data; however it seems that could an effective indicator human pollution microbiological parameters used control reconsidered.
