摘要: Low bioavailability of mercury (Hg) in soil is a restricting factor phytoextraction Hg-contaminated soil. Iodide known to mobilize Hg and, therefore, the aim this study was investigate possibility use iodide increase Hg. The sensitivity willow investigated both hydroponics with 0-10 mM KI and 0.2 1 addition. capacity accumulate HgI(2) compared that Hg(NO(3))(2) hydroponics. Soil extractions 0-2 were used mobilization aged Hg-spiked Additions (0.2-1 mM) pot tests as well field trials an industrial whether addition increased accumulation from contaminated translocation shoots. total contents plants, soils extracts analyzed by CVAAS. results showed too high concentration toxic plants. Moreover, plants at lower concentrations than additions. (85 microM) gave 50% growth decrease terms dry weight shoot biomass, whereas could be tolerated plant without disturbance. Willow accumulated solution slower solution. mobilized thereby Up about 5, 3 8 times, respectively, leaves, branches roots. However, shoots did not show Only less 1% distributed We may conclude enhances Hg, however, still low therefore it will realistic method for practice.
