摘要: Objectives To evaluate and compare light-transmittance in dental tissues composite restorations using the incremental double-layer technique with varying layer thickness. Materials Methods B1-colored natural teeth slabs were compared to restoration build-ups A2D B1E-colored nanofilled, supra-nanofilled, microfilled, microhybrid composites. The enamel varied from 0.3, 0.5, or 1.2 mm thick, dentin was provide a standardized 3.7 overall sample thickness (n = 10). All increments light-cured 16 J/cm2 multi-wave LED (Valo, Ultradent). Using spectrophotometer, samples irradiated by an RGB laser beam. A voltmeter recorded light output signal calculate through specimens. data analyzed 1-way analysis of variance followed post hoc Tukey's test (p 0.05). Results Mean observed at thicker final layers significantly lower than those thinner layers. Within resin (FERL) thickness, all composites similar tissues, exception nanofilled composite. However, within 0.5 FERL only supra-nanofilled showed no difference tissues. 0.3 none Conclusions had most pattern when teeth. for other composites, have greater chance match
