摘要: The effect of different extraction procedures on the yields water-soluble and water-insoluble glycogen fractions from a number Saccharomyces strains was studied by using specific method for determination. similarity obtained showed that neither form is an artifact, variations in relative amounts two during cell growth yeast suggest they represent pools storage material with roles development differentiation. A proportion fraction, solubilized mechanical agitation, shown to be strongly associated beta-glucan-like polysaccharide may wall component.
