摘要: A number of currently available vaccines have shown significant differences in the magnitude immune responses and toxicity individuals undergoing vaccination. factors may be involved variations responses, which include age, gender, race, amount quality antigen, dose administered to some extent route administration, genetics system. Hence, it becomes imperative that researchers tools such as genomics proteomics at their disposal predict set population is more likely non-responsive or develop vaccines. In this article, we briefly review influence pharmacogenomics biomarkers on efficacy most frequently reported showed a high rate variability response towards hepatitis B, measles, mumps, rubella, influenza, AIDS/HIV.
