摘要: Abstract Alloimmunization to the blood group antibody anti-RhD (anti-D) is most common cause of hemolytic disease fetus and newborn. Knowledge fetal D type in women with anti-D makes management pregnancy much easier avoids unnecessary procedures those a D-negative fetus. Fetal typing can be performed by detection an RHD gene cell-free DNA plasma pregnant women. The technology involves real-time quantitative polymerase chain reactions targeting exons 4, 5, 10 RHD, 4 tests as multiplex. Testing for SRY multiplex exon 5 test provides internal control presence when male. has become standard care England significant level anti-D.
