摘要: A DNA polymerase was isolated from bull spermatozoa by differential centrifugation, ultrafiltration and gel filtration. Its apparent molecular weight synthetic template utilization resemble that of gamma. Chemical enzymic fractionation indicate the enzyme is most probably located in nucleus.
