摘要: Novel 1,4,5,2-Oxadiazaphosphinines, 1,3,2-benzoxazaphosphinines, and α-hydrazinophosphonic acid bearing a chromone ring were obtained by reactions of 2-hydroxy-N′-[(4-oxo-4H-chromen-3-yl)-methylidene]benzohydrazide with some phosphorus reagents such as phosphonic its esters, sulfides, halides. The synthesized compounds evaluated for their anticancer activity against four cancer cell lines. Two exhibited high effects MCF-7 breast cells on the expression VEGF inhibition.
