[Treatment of atopic dermatitis with borage seed oil (Glandol)--a time series analytic study].

摘要: The therapy of atopic dermatitis with highly unsaturated fatty acids has witnessed a renaissance in the last years. Therefore, study was conducted borage oil (Glandol), rich unsaturated, so-called omega acids, against palm seed as placebo total 12 patients. Evaluation severity skin changes done by means ADASI (Atopic Dermatitis Area and Severity Index)-score system described us recently. ADASI-scores, forming time series, were analyzed trend analysis methods. These methods allow an evaluation effectiveness each case. revealed that five out seven patients treated showed favourable effect regard to assessed ADASI-score. In contrast, only one significant improvement changes. view positive ob dermatitis, trial for certain period seems justified. Our demonstrates both value our ADASI-scoring well advantages series or might have therapeutic effects chronic diseases such dermatitis.
