摘要: Transgenic animal analysis has become a key approach used to study the gene functions and model various human diseases, including autoimmune disorders. Such disorders are caused by activation of T-cell clones whose receptors (TCRs) have high affinity for syngeneic MHC molecules. The genes coding α β chains autoreactive TCR were cloned from hybridoma 7, which was specific Ab class II Amplified DNA fragments containing rearranged genomic 7 into special cassette vectors that contained natural promoter enhancer elements ensuring direct expression α- β-chain in T cells transgenic animals. animals obtained with expressed or chain on majority peripheral Tcells. suitable studying features intrathymic selection maturation provide an experimental developing new approaches therapy diseases.
