摘要: Diarrhea, the principal symptom of human food poisoning caused by Clostridium perfringens, was experimentally produced in rabbits intraluminal injection C. but not oral challenge. The ability to induce diarrhea dependent only on strain also method preparation cells for challenge and number Good correlation obtained between strains produce fluid accumulation rabbit ileal loops overt after into normal ileum.
