摘要: Every day, millions of people consume probiotics for their perceived health benefits, but how safe are probiotics? Do cause invasive infection and if so, who is at risk? There considerable interest in a variety medical conditions, around the world daily benefits. Lactobacilli, bifidobacteria, lactococci have generally been regarded as safe. 3 theoretical concerns regarding safety probiotics: (a) occurrence disease, such bacteremia or endocarditis; (b) toxic metabolic effects on gastrointestinal tract; (c) transfer antibiotic resistance flora. So, order to deliver appropriate probiotic therapy both dental practitioners should be aware adverse associated with use
