摘要: Nitric oxide, nitric oxide derivatives and reactive oxygen intermediates are toxic molecules of the immune system which contribute to control microbial pathogens tumors. There is recent evidence for additional functions these metabolites in innate adaptive immunity; include modulation cytokine response lymphocytes regulation cell apoptosis, as well immunodeviating effects. Components several signal transduction pathways have been identified intracellular targets nitrogen intermediates.
